Among the list of miracles mentioned, there was one miracle that gave the ability to ""those who believe"" to ""place their hands on sick people"" for them to heal. With the same authority that one exercises authoritatively through the power of Christ to lay hands upon other individuals for healing, they may also exercise upon themselves if they believe.
